A bittersweet edition of Grand Crew Wine Club: FULL METAL KYLE!

Our intrepid young somm is off to pursue his dream of moving back to his favourite place on Earth, Norway, to continue his wine journey. We couldn’t be more proud.

Kyle started with us as one of Grace Bodega’s first employees, honing his barista skills and adding his enthusiasm for wine to our team. Fun fact, he achieved a perfect score on his Wine Spirit Education Trust Level 2! He moved over to beverage manager at Grace Restaurant, crafting incredible house made cocktails and co-curating the wine list. He achieved his Wine Spirit Education Trust Level 3 early 2024, and went on to work harvest and as cellar hand at Therianthropy, esteemed Ontario natural winemaker in autumn of 2024 - all while slinging stylish beverages on the weekend here with us!

Kyle and Denice created Grand Crew Wine Club in April of 2023, and since then we have grown exponentially. His positivity and passion is infectious and has helped to make the mystifying world of wine engaging and fun for our community. We will miss him.

This Grand Crew is all about Kyle’s choices, so we will be tasting 4 wines total from Ontario heavy hitters Pearl Morissette, Bachelder, King + Victoria and Therianthropy.
