Why is the ordering window open Saturday at noon through Tuesday at noon?

The Grace Team wants to ensure the quality of all prepared items and fresh produce, dairy and meats. By closing the ordering window on Tuesday, it allows us to order fresh produce, meats and dairy from our local farms and allows our chefs to create fresh, tasty selections made to order. Picking up on Saturday means you can enjoy more of the local food you love on the weekend.

What is the Pick-Up window? And where can I pick-up my order?

The pick-up window is between 11am - 4pm on Saturday. You can pick up your order at Grace Bodega, located at 211 Dundas Street. This is one unit west of Grace Restaurant on Dundas St.

Where can I park when I pick up my order?

If you are just picking up your order there is a loading zone on Clarence Street next to Grace Restaurant.  There is also one hour free parking along Dundas Street between Clarence and Richmond. 

What if I already submitted my order but I saw something I want to add?

No problem! Simply send in another order and indicate that you are adding to a previous order in the “notes” section when you check out.

What if I have a special request or dietary requirement?

If you have a special request simply indicate that in the “notes” section when checking out. If we foresee an issue fulfilling your request, the Grace Pantry team will email you.

Why is pick-up only on Saturday?

Grace Pantry is a weekly grocery service that strives to maintain the highest quality possible using local ingredients. Items are ordered between Tuesday and Friday, and prepared food selections are made Friday so that everything is ready on Saturday - at peak freshness. 

How do refunds work?

If you are unhappy with a product, or if there is an issue with your order, do not hesitate to contact us. We will refund the item(s) in question. Occasionally, our suppliers are not able to provide us with certain products. We will indicate this on your order sheet and refund your account within one to two days.

Occasionally I do not receive an item that I ordered, why is that?

Grace Pantry works with exclusively local farms. Occasionally, in-climate weather or supply chain issues may impact availability. In this case, we will notify you with suggested substitutions, or refund the item entirely.
