BEVERLY CREEK FARMS: Jon and Sharon Hardwick, along with their son Trent, run this ‘farm to table’ business. The entire handling of the beef and lamb, from raising to butchery, is managed by Beverly Creek employees. They strive for the most humane handling of the animals by giving them space to wander, dry shelter and their own abattoir (recently built, one of the best in the province). Beverly Creek is located in Millgrove, Ontario and Grace is proud to feature their product on our fine dining menu and in our Grace Pantry selections.
MCINTOSH FARMS: Just outside of Atwood, Ontario, you can find Shawn and Erin McIntosh raising all of their animals on grass fed regenerated soil. They strive to provide quality, nutritious meat by truly caring for the soil and the animals. From grass fed beef to pasture raised pork, chicken and duck, McIntosh Farms provides the Grace team with all of our protein needs including truly free range eggs.
STEELHEAD FOOD CO: Matt and Meg Mctaggart run this fish and seafood market in St. Thomas Ontario. They bring in fresh and frozen products, and process everything in house. They provide the freshest fish and seafood in Southwestern Ontario, and as such our rotating seasonal menu fish features are sourced exclusively from Steelhead. At Grace Bodega and for Grace Pantry, we cure their Atlantic salmon in house for the tastiest smoked salmon.
JANSSENS' FAMILY PRODUCE: Over in Appin, Ontario you can find Diane, Raymond and Dave Janssens growing a crazy variety of produce (45-50 types of fruits and veggies!) that we feature all season long. Since 1984, the Janssens have been providing the London and Strathroy area with their farm fresh produce.
LOCO FIELDS: Just outside of Stratford, Ontario, Loco Fields operates 60,000 square feet of greenhouses packed full of all organic produce. During the early spring and winter months, it's often hard to find local produce, but Loco Fields uses the natural heat from the sun to grow a variety of microgreens, herbs and heirloom tomatoes. Loco Fields strives to reduce their footprint by reducing fossil fuels and focusing on soil health. We use Loco Fields greens in all of our Grace Pantry salad kits and microgreens to garnish plates.
SHOGUN MAITAKE: The growth of maitake mushrooms in Canada had quite the journey. Previously an extremely expensive mushroom found only wild in Japan, but Shogun has cultivated an organic way to bring these health-filled mushrooms to Canada. The facility, located just outside of London, grows these tasty mushrooms and delivers them to all parts of Canada and the United States. We are proud to carry these beautiful mushrooms.
Northwest of Sparta Ontario, Orchard Hill farms operates a 93 acre organic farm. In addition to offering a large assortment of vegetables, the farm also operates a draft horse to do most of the work on the farm. This reduces their carbon footprint significantly. Orchard Hill Farms works in conjunction with the land to produce unique and exceptional produce that we use in all aspects of the Grace brand.

FISHER'S FUNGI FARM: Located in Wyoming, Ontario, Joe Fisher grows fresh, local gourmet mushrooms. Not only do they lower blood pressure, but they also boost your immune system. These tasty mushrooms can be found on the Grace Restaurant menu, in prepared meals on Grace Pantry, and by the half pound in the produce fridge in Grace Bodega.
