Three course Prix Fixe menu – Jan 16 – Feb 2 – Food and Wine show feature

The focus of this menu is the wine and how it pairs with our taste or Grace menu. Learn a little something about paring and enjoy a delicious prix fixe menu.

$55 for 3 courses and 3 wine pairings. No pairings? $40. 

FIRST
Winter White Salad
grilled endive, fennel curls, white pear, cauliflower cruditee, apple cider vinaigrette, aged wildwood cheese

Trout Rillettes
egg yolk cream, mushroom marmalade, compressed cucumbers, basil, seed crackers

SECOND
McIntosh Farms Chicken Thigh
smoked potato cream, sweet potato chips, shitake mushroom, cauliflower, creme fraiche and bacon gelee

Chili & Cocoa Braised Lamb Shank
risotto, balsamic vinegar, braise reduction, fried almonds, mizuna

Grilled Chili Garlic Tofu

pan seared trout, compressed watemelon radish, house cured trout, gamay consomme, cherries

Cocoa nib and espresso crusted duck breast or vegan ‘duck’ breast
port poached pears, endive, blue cheese shortbread, stout jus

confit cippolini onion, smoked potato and sour cream puree, black peppercorn jus, hot house tomato
